I am using the app. I put in £40, and ive done what's stated here, but it says I have bo funds to withdraw, even though I bought £10 in LTC to test the waters. Is it because I'm based in the UK I'm having this issue, or is it the app? Should I use desktop? What's the issue?? (Yes, the receiving address is a LTC wallet).

The confirmation email from Kraken shows an IP address, not a wallet address. (1:15). How do you know this relates to the correct wallet?
Signed up for Kraken this and purchased BTC. When I attempted to move to my wallet, the fees were more than the amount requested. Had to abandon the transfer. Do they hold transactions for 7 days? There is so much about dealing with the exchange that doesn’t get covered in these “easy-peasy” videos.
