Paypal is running a scam. This option is not real or works for few users for small transactions. The customer service reps pretend its a security issue on the blockchain not paypal. What they are doing is telling you to wait 72 hours to reset the block after you first attempt it. It still won’t work. They offer you to sell so they can make money on fees and then more fees to transfer to your bank. Think about how much extra they make instead of letting you send to other wallets where you can trade and sell. They made this fake option available so it would attract more crypto buyers who think they would easily buy through PayPal and transfer if they want. What happens is they get stuck and have to do an exit through selling again Fees on fees on fees. Paypal should be investigated on this.
